Austin Bowlin, CPA is a Director at Real Estate Transition Solutions (“RETS”). RETS specializes in the development and implementation of tax-deferred transition plans for investment real estate owners looking to divest or reposition their properties. Prior to joining RETS in 2016, Austin worked in Price Waterhouse Coopers’ Bay Area Transaction Services group, focusing predominately on enterprise valuations for acquisitions, restructuring and divestitures. Outside of the workplace, Austin is an avid alpine climber, back country skier and trail runner.
