Brian offers unique and deep expertise concentrated on evaluating local economic conditions and forecasting future demand for multifamily housing and commercial space.  In addition to Commercial Analytics, Brian leads O'Connor Consulting Group, is an industry leader in performing complex market and feasibility studies and appraisal reports, and has been the principal author of the Seattle Metropolitan Area Apartment Market Report since 1986.
