CHRISTOPHER CUTTING
CHRISTOPHER D. CUTTING is the attorney for and owner of LT Services and Cutting Law Office PC in Seattle. His client-centered practices focuses on residential and commercial landlord-tenant issues and best practices to avoid litigation as well as representing clients in court and on appeal. Mr. Cutting has received a variety of industry recognitions, including being a four-time Rising Star® Attorney in Super Lawyers® magazine. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association of Washington. Mr. Cutting regularly presents on landlord-tenant laws, evictions, debt collection, leases, and fair housing. Prior to entering private practice, he was a clerk to Chief Judge Marywave VanDeren at the Washington Court of Appeals. Mr. Cutting received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and an A.B. from Georgetown University.
