Dave Wellings is the Program Administrator of Seattle Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Department. In that role he manages department operations. He has 10 years of property management and affordable housing experience, having previously served as Senior Property Manager for Seattle Housing Authority’s Scattered Sites Portfolio. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University.
