Josh Stivers has over 20 years of police and security experience. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Homeland Patrol Division and oversees all daily field operations as well as he is the Certified Trainer for the State of Washington in the private security sector.
Josh served as a Police Officer just south of Seattle in Normandy Park, WA. He has earned two Master’s Degrees with the first one being in Homeland Security and Emergency Management and a second Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. He also holds two undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Administration and has earned his CPD (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) professional designation.
Josh also co-chairs a workplace violence committee and is considered a leading expert in Active Shooter response training and is a national instructor on how to “be safe” during these types of events.
