Marcia started out as a landlord of an apartment community. After a couple of years doing this, she recognized that she enjoyed screening the tenants more than living in the same community with them. Since National Tenant Network was the screening company she had been using, Marcia convinced NTN to hire her and hasn't looked back since.

Marcia is always available for questions, and teaches several classes each month to help NTN Members work with the system and keep up to date on Landlord Tenant Law and news.
