Richard Price is retired from the military with a Naval Engineering and Marine Inspection background. He started in the housing field in 2000 and is currently a Program Manager for Rental Assistance with Tacoma Housing Authority (THA). THA is a very innovative Housing Authority and the perfect place to express and implement creative initiatives. His education, experience, and creativity in the many Housing Authority disciplines, as well as his considerable work experience, gives him the ability to find that balance of equity when providing housing solutions.
